Founded in Sitka, Alaska, G7 was created to come alongside visionaries—helping them build with clarity and confidence. With deep roots in leadership, construction, nonprofit leadership, and organizational strategy, we guide our clients through growth, transition, and execution with wisdom and integrity.

Meet Our Founder

Ryan Gluth has spent almost three decades coaching leaders, building organizations, and managing impactful projects. With a background in nonprofit leadership, leadership development, education, and construction, Ryan brings a holistic, grounded approach to consulting and project management. His heart is to empower others to accomplish their vision, dreams, and purpose—with excellence and sustainability.

Ryan also has an MBA in Leadership and is currently working on finishing up his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. This education along with practical experience could be a great asset to you.

What We've Done

Construction

Over the last 30 years, we have built everything from decks and remodeled bathrooms to built complete custom homes. We have helped homeowners figure out what their vision is, and work to see it to completion.

Commerical

Construction

Vertical and civil construction government contracts, hotel remodels, proposal writing, subcontractor management, operations, and business development are some of the aspects we've helped lead. 

Nonprofit

Leadership

For the last almost 3 decades, we have been a part of leading ministries as well as non-religious nonprofits by sitting on boards, consulting, and helping organizations accomplish goals and projects they've had.

& Logistics

We have loved consulting new startups as they navigate details, helped create healthy organizations as leaders lead people and teams, and we've helped deal with extreme logistical challenges internally and externally.
